OFAC amends FAQs

On 12th April 2021, the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) published four amended Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). FAQs 97 and 98 give guidelines for submitting license applications under the Trade Sanctions Reform and Export Enhancement Act of 2000 (TSRA). FAQs 500 and 836 relate to the Sudan Program and Darfur Sanctions.
