Germany updates list for dual-use and military exports

On 28th October 2020, Germany’s Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Energie) published the “16th Regulation Amending the Foreign Trade and Payments Ordinance” (Sechzehnte Verordnung zur Änderung der Außenwirtschaftsverordnung). This amendment updates the German export list for dual-use and military items and came into effect on 29th October 2020.
