German customs updates handbook on export licenses, authorization codes and electronic depreciation

German customs (Generalzolldirektion, "Zoll") has updated its "Handbook for export licenses, authorization codes, electronic depreciation" (Handbuch Ausfuhrgenehmigungen, Genehmigungscodierungen, elektronische Abschreibung). This manual, version 8.4, reflects regulations as of 1st October 2020 and replaces the April 2020 version (8.3). The new version can be downloaded here under “ATLAS-Ausfuhr.”
