New U.S. executive order; OFAC updates SDN list
On 21st September 2020, the U.S. Department of the Treasury announced that the President has issued a new Executive Order entitled "Blocking Property of Certain Persons with Respect to the Conventional Arms Activities of Iran.” In addition, the Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has updated the Specially Designated Nationals And Blocked Persons List (SDN).
