UK updates OGELs to Hong Kong

The United Kingdom’s Department for International Trade: Export Control Joint Unit (ECJU) has updated three open general export licences (OGELs), all which came into force on 13 September 2019. The OGELs that have been amended are:

• open general export licence (dual-use Items: Hong Kong SAR)

• open general transhipment licence (dual-use goods: Hong Kong SAR)

• open general trade control licence (category C goods)
