The U.S. Munitions List continues its temporary modification of Category XI

The U.S. Department of State continues its temporary modifications to paragraph (b) in Category XI of the United States Munitions List (USML). Amended instructions 1 and 2 are effective August 30, 2018, while amended instruction No. 3 is effective August 30, 2019.
