Malaysian Government imposes Anti-Dumping Duties for stainless steel

Yesterday, Malaysian government published a new order regarding "Countervailing and Anti-Dumping Duties Act 1993".

This act includes the additional duties for the imports of cold-rolled stainless steel (CRSS) up to 111.61%.

Several companies from People’s Republic of China, Republic of Korea, Chinese Taipei, and Kingdom of Thailand are added.

The HS Codes regarding to duties are as follows:

7219.31.00 00

7219.32.00 00

7219.33.00 00

7219.34.00 00

7219.35.00 00

7220.20.10 00

and 7220.20.90 00.
