BAFA publishes a newsletter regarding "Export Control"

Today, the German Federal Office of Economics and Export Control (BAFA) publishes Newsletter "Exportkontrolle Aktuell Dezember 2017/Januar 2018" regarding the latest amendments made to European and national sanction regulations.
This letter also updates the annexes to the EU dual-use regulation.
The content of the newsletter is also described in the new General approval No. 30 as well as the amendment of General approval No. 16.
BAFA also offers the possibility of subscribing to their newsletter.
