European Union Publishes a new ECCN Control List

The European Union (EU) made an update on the EU dual-use export control list in Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 428/2009. This regulation synchronizes with the decisions taken within the framework of the international non-proliferation regimes and export control arrangements in 2016. The major changes was done in regard with Wassenaar Arrangement, the Missile Technology Control Regime (MTCR), the Nuclear Suppliers' Group (NSG), the Australian Group and the Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC). - implemented, with update on list of the acronyms and abbreviations.
