General Approval No. 30 on non-sensitive Iran deals

On Monday, the Federal Gazette has published General Approval No. 30 in regard to the non-sensitive Iran transactions. This General Approval is in the favors of sales contracts and deliveries within customs territory listed in European Union (EU) Regulation, provided that the objectives of the Iran Embargo Regulation to certain Iranian persons is ensured.

However, this General License does not cover exports to Iran or to Iranian individuals outside the EU .
