EU wins on anti-dumping and anti-subsidy measures of solar panels from China
The European Union has won a case against 26 companies that were affected by anti-dumping and anti-subsidy duties introduced in 2013.
The companies argued that the higher duties against subsidized Chinese solar panels were not legal.
Originally, the issue came to front when solar panel imported from China were sold at a much lower rate than market values owing to illegal subsidies.
