NOTICE OF INITIATION OF AN ANTI-DUMPING DUTY INVESTIGATION

The Government of Malaysia has received a petition alleging that the imports of cold rolled stainless steel in coils, sheets or any other form with the thickness of not more than 6.5millimetres and width of not more than 1,600 millimetres, originating or exported from The People’s Republic of China, The Republic of Korea, Chinese Taipei and The Kingdom of Thailand are being dumped in Malaysia and are causing material injury to the domestic industry in Malaysia producing the like product.
